5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases, mutations, or timeline fractures shall be resolved through binding, high-velocity arbitration.

• Venue: All arbitration will take place in the Neutral Pocket Dimension of Zylar-7.

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Orion Cygnus Arm, disregarding any localized human laws (including but not limited to the Geneva Conventions, the laws of thermodynamics, and gravity).

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: If any provision of this Legal Notice is found to be impossible, scientifically invalid, or lethal in your specific dimension, that provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

BY CONTINUING TO EXIST IN THE VICINITY OF THIS DOCUMENT, YOU LEGALLY BIND YOURSELF, YOUR DESCENDANTS, AND YOUR ALTERNATE-TIMELINE SELVES TO THESE TERMS.
